Philosophy
Meet Cristina, a Canadian who was raised by parents from two different nationalities. Growing up, she quickly understood the importance of balance, variety, and thinking outside the box. With exposure to different perspectives, she realised that there are always multiple solutions to any problem.
Cristina understands that there are many different modes of training available to us, and that we can learn from each of them to create our own unique practice that suits our body and mind. This means being open to trying new things, even if we dislike them at first. Sometimes, the things we dislike are the things we need the most.
As a graduate of a Bachelor Honours Degree in Psychology and Communications, she has always been fascinated by the human mind and its potential for growth and transformation. Taking her passion for the mind-body connection and channeling it into strength training, she discovered that by pushing her body to its limits, she was able to tap into mental fortitude and resilience. She realised that lessons learned in the gym - like pain tolerance, consistency, perseverance, belief, and grit - could be applied to everyday life to create positive change.
take it further
Using her unique approach and training as a vehicle for mental transformation, Cristina helps others to see progress both in the gym and in life. She believes that by taking what we learn within these four walls into our daily lives, we can create a life of purpose, passion, and fulfilment. Unlock your hidden potential and discover what you can achieve.
